(2) Batching and ribbon blender type mixing

For the batching , means each silo tank for each ingredients, if customer have 4 ingredients mainly, means needs prepare 6 silo bins, the extra 2 is for spare in future.

Still if capacity is 2tons per hour, means needs prepare 16 tons for silo bins to store.  Normally ingredients prepare for one whole day .

(3)  Micro grinding / Hammer grinding machine

Micro grinding machine is used for the fish feed line.

Hammer grinding machine is used for the pet dog food production.

For pet food 60mesh enough.

For the fish feed, depends the fish feed size,  need reach 80 meshes,

(4) Two shafts type mixing

Which can mix all the ingredients uniform.

(5) Extruding

We adopt the high quality twin screw extruder to produce the pet dog food and fish feed.

It is suitable to different ingredients, different fat and protein content for different quality pet food and fish feed.

(6) Steam dryer

It can be vertical type or belt type.

(7) Fat coating.

(8) Cooling

It can be belt type cooling or counter flow type.

(9) Packing.

Needs offer the packing range for the weight and also the package materials for sealing.

Packing machine to choose according to the weight  range is  1-6kg, 2-10kg, 5-25kg
