🔄 Production Process Flow:

1. Raw Material Feeding
   • Soybean dregs, topiaco starch, corn starch, guar gum, fiber
2. High-Speed Mixer
   • Mix raw materials with water and optional additives (fragrance, baking soda)
3. Twin-Screw Extruder
   • Thermo-mechanical process forms long rods/sticks of uniform diameter
4. Cutter
   • Cuts extruded rods into pellets (e.g., 1.5–5cm)
5. Multi-Layer Belt Dryer
   • Low-temperature drying to reduce moisture to <10%
6. Cooling Conveyor
   • Cools down the pellets to avoid clumping during packing
7. Screening Machine
   • Removes powder and broken particles
